PRISM MolMine

MolMine connects the Molecular Workbench interface to the PRISM API backend for computational molecule triage. Score selected SMILES against PRISM artifact support, start bounded generation jobs, and keep candidates aligned with the targeted-MD evidence lane.

Scope boundary: all responses are computational and PRISM-derived unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wet-lab validation remains required before therapeutic, safety, clinical, regulatory, synthesis, ADMET, or direct binding-trajectory claims.

Molecular Workbench
Workbench iframe mount is available when a deployment URL is supplied with ?workbench=... or window.MOLMINE_WORKBENCH_URL. This page does not expose backend filesystem paths or raw model artifacts.
