DELFICTUS IO — ACCESS TIERS · REQUEST & PORTAL GATEWAY
—— Tiered Access Model

Access Tiers

PRISM-4D is a proprietary platform with a measured disclosure model. Reviewers, collaborators, and partners reach different layers of the system through three explicitly-defined tiers — each calibrated to balance scientific transparency with trade-secret protection.

Why the Tiers Exist

Calibrated Disclosure

The PRISM-4D engine — its CUDA kernels, force-field protocols, neuromorphic detector banks, and internal scoring layers — is proprietary trade-secret material maintained by Delfictus IO LLC. At the same time, scientific reproducibility requires more than a manuscript: reviewers need verifiable artifacts, collaborators need working access, and licensees need binding inspection rights.

The three-tier model gives each audience the depth of access appropriate to their role, without forcing an all-or-nothing choice between full open-source release and complete opacity. Public reproducibility lives at Tier 1. Working evaluation lives at Tier 2. Implementation-level inspection lives at Tier 3, under formal agreement.

Review the tier definitions below

Each tier card lists what is exposed, who it's for, and the access mechanism.

02 — REQUEST

Submit the access request form

For Tier 2 and Tier 3, fill in the request below with company affiliation and purpose. We review every request individually.

03 — ACTIVATE

Use the portal gateway with your code

Approved requesters receive an access code by email. Enter it via Portal Gateway (top right) to unlock your tier's offering.

Tier Comparison

What Each Tier Provides

TIER 01
Public
Open Access · No Request Required

What is exposed

  • The full manuscript and all figures
  • Zenodo reproducibility archive (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.20247900) with freeze attestations, SHA-256 manifests, baseline outputs, strict null controls, PFR artifacts, and post-freeze validation scripts
  • Fixed black-box demo modes: blind_pocket_scan, validation_replay, pfr_audit_replay
  • Public summary tables and signed result manifests for curated validation targets

Who it's for

Peer reviewers, journal editors, independent researchers, students, and the broad scientific audience verifying the manuscript's quantitative claims.

How to access

Immediate. No form, no code, no waiting. Open the IO Hub page or follow the Zenodo DOI.

TIER 02
Hosted Demo
Request-Based · Reviewed Individually

What is exposed (beyond Tier 1)

  • Relaxed configuration parameters on the hosted engine (perturbation schedules, step counts, force-field variants where permitted)
  • Extended post-freeze run logs and intermediate manifold artifacts not redistributed in the public Zenodo bundle
  • Additional curated targets beyond the public 9-target blind panel
  • Per-reviewer access tokens with rate-limited but increased usage quotas
  • Signed result bundles with extended diagnostic fields

What remains protected

Engine binary, source code, CUDA device kernels, model weights, raw simulation trajectories, raw spike/event arrays, and internal scoring parameters all remain server-side on author-controlled infrastructure. Tier 2 is hosted-execution access, not source delivery.

Who it's for

Collaborators evaluating PRISM-4D for joint research, reviewers who need deeper inspection than the public bundle provides, pharma / biotech evaluators considering commercial relationships, and selected academic groups exploring extension of the methodology.

How to access

Submit the request form below. Approved requesters receive an access code within 2–5 business days; the code unlocks Tier 2 endpoints via the Portal Gateway.

TIER 03
Confidential
NDA · Counsel-Supervised · Escrow

What is exposed (beyond Tier 1 and Tier 2)

  • Engine source code, CUDA device kernels, and PTX/IR artifacts
  • Model weights, internal scoring parameters, and private threshold configurations
  • Full backend execution templates and command-line settings
  • Raw execution logs, raw event arrays, and complete trajectory dumps
  • Private freeze ledgers, repository fingerprints, and provenance metadata

Required process

A formal non-disclosure agreement, counsel-supervised data room, or escrow arrangement must be in place before any disclosure. This is the path used for due diligence, licensing negotiations, editorial board verification, and other situations where implementation-level inspection is legally and commercially appropriate.

Who it's for

Commercial licensees in active negotiation, editorial boards requiring algorithmic verification, prospective investors performing technical due diligence, and counsel reviewing IP positioning.

How to access

Submit the request form below indicating Tier 3. Initial response includes the NDA template and engagement scope; access is granted after legal agreement execution.
